MORNING STRETCH YOGA ON ZOOM

Beginner slow flow class
Slow Flow yoga is a vinyasa style yoga that moves at a comfortable pace.  Typically this is a mat class that will enable you to work on flexibility, strength and balance.
CHAIR YOGA ON ZOOM
(TUES AT 10AM AZ TIME)
Chair yoga is a perfect way to get the benefits of yoga without the worry of getting up and down from the floor.
LorYoga’s chair yoga is a combination of typical yoga postures in a chair (or standing behind the chair), and weight bearing exercises, balance strategies to create a more balanced, flexible and powerful you!!

A Meditation practice
Yoga Nidra is a powerful meditation practice performed either in a chair or laying down. Â You simply listen to the teacher and follow the instructions all while allowing the body to relax completely. Â
